Our Board Members

Over her career span, Ingrid has collaborated with both Industry and the public sector (Dept. National Treasury & Dept. Trade & Industry) in developing learnerships and occupational qualifications in the field of International Trade and Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Management. Ingrid also facilitated the development of occupational qualifications in Supply Chain Management in partnership with the QCTO and various Supply Chain constituents and has developed in collaboration with industry a career framework for Supply Chain Management in International Logistics in an attempt to professionalize the industry. Ingrid’s passion continues to ensure that employees within DHL Express ZA are well developed, and endeavours to continue doing so for the industry through her participation as President of the ICFF.

With over two decades of experience in the corporate arena spanning diverse industries including logistics, banking, training, coaching and mentoring. Yolandi has established herself as a trusted leader in her field. She holds credentials as a registered assessor and moderator with both SETA, TETA & QCTO, underscoring her commitment to upholding standards of excellence in education and training.
Yolandi is a qualified Occupationally Directed-Education, Training & Development Practitioner, and her 17 years of dedicated service in the coaching, training, and education sector showcase her passion for personal and professional growth.
In addition to her coaching and training acumen, Yolandi is adept in business and life NeuroCoaching, employing innovative methodologies to empower individuals and organizations to achieve their objectives. She is certified as an Enneagram Practitioner, COMENSA Master Coach, COMENSA Senior Mentor, and mBraining International Coach and trainer, further enhancing her capacity to drive positive change and transformation.
Yolandi’s unwavering commitment to continuous learning and her passion for fostering growth make her an invaluable asset to the Institute of Customs and Freight Forwarding. Her leadership, expertise, and dedication inspire others to excel in their roles and contribute meaningfully to the customs and freight forwarding industry.

In 2002, Jackie joined JF Hillebrand South Africa as an Office and HR Administrator, initiating their foray into the realm of human resources management. Within this role, Jackie laid the groundwork for comprehensive HR practices within the organization, eventually ascending to the position of Human Resources Manager, overseeing operations in South Africa and subsequently across Africa, Middle East, and India.
Throughout her tenure at JF Hillebrand, Jackie spearheaded numerous initiatives, including the implementation of robust recruitment and selection processes, ensuring workplace safety compliance, and fostering employee engagement and development. Her exemplary performance and dedication led to successive promotions, ultimately culminating in her current role as Head of Human Resources BWS MEA.
Jackie’s professional journey is characterized by a relentless pursuit of excellence, a steadfast commitment to organizational growth, and a profound dedication to community welfare. With a wealth of experience, a proven track record of success, and a passion for making a difference, Jackie continues to inspire and empower those around her, leaving an indelible mark wherever she goes.

With a strong technical background from the Da Vinci Institute as well as a vast number of years at Customs, Strini combines operational prowess with financial acumen to optimize processes and drive revenue growth. In his role at ICFF, he is dedicated to advancing the field through innovative research and strategic initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in customs and freight forwarding practices.
