Ingrid Du Buisson
CEO
Bio
Ingrid Du Buisson is the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Customs and Freight Forwarding (ICFF). Before this appointment Ingrid was the Director: Learning & Development at DHL Express ZA for four years as well as serving the Institute of Customs and Freight Forwarding as the President and Chairperson of the Board since 2021.
Ingrid commenced her career in skills development and training in 1995 with the Maritime Industry Training Board (MITB). She holds various qualifications in the field of learning and development, as well as business and project management respectively. Ingrid obtained a Master of Science Degree in the Management of Technology and Innovation (MSc) and had been appointed previously by the Accountant General (National Treasury), as the Deputy Chairperson: Professionalization for the Supply Chain Management Council. Ingrid also previously held the portfolio as Executive Officer Forwarding & Clearing within the Transport Education Training Authority for 21 years.
Over her career span, Ingrid has collaborated with both Industry and the public sector (Dept. National Treasury & Dept. Trade & Industry) in developing learnerships and occupational qualifications in the field of International Trade and Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Management. Ingrid also facilitated the development of occupational qualifications in Supply Chain Management in partnership with the QCTO and various Supply Chain constituents and has developed in collaboration with industry a career framework for Supply Chain Management in International Logistics to professionalize the industry. Ingrid’s passion continues to ensure that employees across the industry are well developed and capacitated, and endeavours to continue doing so for the industry through her stewardship of the ICFF. Lastly, Ingrid has recently embarked on her PhD journey towards developing a conceptual framework for Customs Professionalization – A South Perspective.

Yolandi Dercksen

Yolandi Dercksen is a distinguished professional with a robust background in coaching, training, skills development, and education. As the Chairperson of the Institute of Customs and Freight Forwarding (ICFF), Yolandi brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.
With over two decades of experience in the corporate arena spanning diverse industries including logistics, banking, training, coaching and mentoring. Yolandi has established herself as a trusted leader in her field. She holds credentials as a registered assessor and moderator with both SETA, TETA & QCTO, underscoring her commitment to upholding standards of excellence in education and training.
Yolandi is a qualified Occupationally Directed-Education, Training & Development Practitioner, and her 17 years of dedicated service in the coaching, training, and education sector showcase her passion for personal and professional growth.
In addition to her coaching and training acumen, Yolandi is adept in business and life NeuroCoaching, employing innovative methodologies to empower individuals and organizations to achieve their objectives. She is certified as an Enneagram Practitioner, COMENSA Master Coach, COMENSA Senior Mentor, and mBraining International Coach and trainer, further enhancing her capacity to drive positive change and transformation.
Yolandi’s unwavering commitment to continuous learning and her passion for fostering growth make her an invaluable asset to the Institute of Customs and Freight Forwarding. Her leadership, expertise, and dedication inspire others to excel in their roles and contribute meaningfully to the customs and freight forwarding industry.

Strini Reddy
Director
Bio
Strini Reddy is a seasoned professional in customs compliance and freight forwarding, serving as the Research and Development Chair at the Institute of Customs and Freight Forwarding (ICFF). With a background in logistics and supply chain management, Strini brings expertise in customs regulations, negotiation, import operations management, and sales management. His proactive approach and attention to detail have earned him a reputation for excellence in the industry.
With a strong technical background from the Da Vinci Institute as well as a vast number of years at Customs, Strini combines operational prowess with financial acumen to optimize processes and drive revenue growth. In his role at ICFF, he is dedicated to advancing the field through innovative research and strategic initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in customs and freight forwarding practices. Strini is currently the National Customs Compliance Manager at Aramex SA.

Lebogang Letsoalo
Deputy Chairperson
Bio
A Supply Chain, Transport and Logistics Advocate, Speaker, Thought Leader, Global Supply Chain Coach & CEO of Sincpoint with 25 years of experience on end-to-end supply chain. Lebogang held various leadership portfolios & serve in various Boards & Trusts.
Lebo help organisations to optimise and build sustainable supply chains through capacity and skills development. Her other areas of expertise is developing Entrepreneurs in Road, Rail, Maritime and Aviation as well as support organisation for regional and global access to markets.
Lebo founded African Women In Supply Chain Association (AWISCA) an NGO driving functional mentorship, diversity and inclusion agendas in Procurement, Logistics and Transport industry for the Youth, Women, Entrepreneurs and Professionals.
Lebo is a multi award winner with various recognitions and awards amongst others profiled one of the Globally as one of the 100 Most Influential Women (No 20) in Supply chain. This was achieved through advocacy in supply chain, driving diversity and inclusion and empowering others. Through her work she has launched the TOP 100 women in supply chain in AFRICA (with 23 African countries participating), Supply chain women awards, Transport pledge, mentored and coached more than 400 Women in Transport sector (advocates for visibility, diversity and inclusion in Africa supply chain.)

Tuelo Mogashoa

Tuelo Mogashoa is an accomplished executive with over 23 years of experience in academic operations, skills development, and public sector leadership. With a background in Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Transport Management, she has led large-scale education and training initiatives, including managing a R300 million budget at TETA and serving as General Manager at Signa Academy.
Tuelo specializes in strategy execution, stakeholder engagement, and organizational leadership, with deep expertise in SETA frameworks, compliance, and the full student lifecycle. She is known for her visionary thinking, results-driven leadership, and consistent delivery on targets across diverse educational and skills development environments.

The ICFF supports the principles of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) as a vital pathway for individuals who have gained substantial knowledge and experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, and customs sectors but may not have had the opportunity to obtain formal qualifications. In line with national policies and industry best practices, the ICFF provides an RPL process that allows candidates to demonstrate their competence by submitting a comprehensive Portfolio of Evidence. This portfolio is evaluated to determine whether the candidate’s skills and experience meet the requirements of the relevant qualification or designation. The process also helps identify any learning gaps, allowing candidates to pursue targeted development to achieve full recognition.
