Effective 1 August 2026, Ashnee Moodley joins ICFF as the Regional Head of Business Development & Recruitment in Kwa Zulu Natal, bringing with her more than 23 years of specialist recruitment experience within the shipping, freight, logistics, and supply chain sectors.
Ashnee began her career in administration at the renowned Lee Botti & Associates, where she developed a strong foundation in recruitment before progressing into a successful Recruitment Consultant role specialising in shipping and logistics. Throughout her career, she has partnered with businesses and professionals across the country, recruiting at all levels within clearing and forwarding, freight forwarding, customs, port operations, vessels, ships agency, and broader supply chain functions.
